A: In order to complete the registration process we will need your name, DOB, current email address and whether you are male and female

Q: What can Personalica do for me?
A: Once you have registered, Personalica can help you find friends based on their location, sex, similar interests. Personalica also provides a variety of communication tools to keep in touch and make more friends
Q: How do i use the site?
A: You can use the Personalica site however you like, whether it be to meet new friends, upload your photos, rate and comment on them. We recommend you start by importing your friends and contacts, then logging your profile and then making new friends
Q: Can I Import friends from other sources?
A: You will be able to import friends and contacts from a variety of different email providers through the 'Find Friends’ process on the home page. You will be prompted to enter your email and password. An invitation will then be sent to each of the contacts you select. Please note we do not save your login information.
Q: How do I add a new friend?
A: To add new friends go to the Inbox, create a new folder and name it Friends. Then messaged a desired person and move his contact to the Friends folder.

A: You can communicate on Personalica by sending smiles and instant message.
Q: How do I recommend a friend to join the site?
A: To recommend a friend to join Personalica you can do it while your registration process, or while you are loged in by clicking on Invite Your Fiends link on top.

A: If you want to chat on Personalica, perform a search, then click on 'Who's Online' and send a message using the icon next to their details
Q: How do I delete a friend?
A: To delete a contact go to 'Friends' folder, that you have created and select Move to Trash' to permanently delete that particular contact from your Friends.

My Profile Questions
Q: How do I create a Profile?
A: You can create your profile during the registration process or any time after.
Q: Can I have my own Username?
A: You can choose the User Name during the Registration Process.
Q: How do I make general changes to my Profile?
A: To make changes to your profile select the 'Edit Profile' option from the 'My Account' menu and enter your password. Once you have made your desired changes, click on 'Save ' and they will be reflected immediately.
Q: Can I see who's visited my Profile?
A: To see who has viewed your profile look at ‘Your Popularity’ section right on your left.
Q: Who can view my profile?
A: Your profile is only visible to general public and registered users.
Q: How does the search option work?
A: Select from drop down menu, sex, location and type in desired age category from to and then click on the GO button.
Q: What is my inbox?
A: Your inbox is where you can view all the message you have received from friends and other members
Q: How do i read my instant messages?
A: To read your instant messages simply select the y mail alert at in the Inbox section once you've logged in. This will be flashing if you have new mail with the number of instant messages received.
Q: Can I block another member?
A: To block a member you must go to your Inbox click on the select “Black” from a drop down menu.
Q: Reporting an Abusive member
A: When you receive an abusive email there is a button provided which you can use to report the message to our support team. This button is located at the bottom of the message.
Q: Can I unblock someone I previously blocked?
A: To unblock someone who you have previously blocked you must go to a “Black list” folder, select this contact and using drop down menu either move the contact to ‘Inbox’ folder or ‘Friends’ folder.
Q: Why should I always Log In?
A: Logging In allows you to interact with your friends and other members and lets everyone know that you are online. It will also keep you up to date on whether you have received any new messages from other members.
Q: How can I logout from my PERSONALICA account?
A: To log out you must select the 'log out' link located on your left.
Q: Can I upload all my PC photos onto my Personalica profile?
A: As a Personalica registered user you have an unlimited photo storage allowance on your Personalica account completely free so upload as much as you like!
Q: Where can I see all the recently added photos?
A: To see the most recently added photos go to Edit Profile '’Pictures”

A: To add or change your profile picture simply go to the main 'Pictures' section - the option.
Q: How do I delete a photo?
A: To delete a photo you must select it within 'Pictures' and click on 'Delete Photo' on the right.
Q: My picture has been removed Why
A: Pictures and photos are not authorised by the Personalica team if they are found to contain nudity, profanity, or any content which may be deemed inappropriate. If you try to add pornographic or other inappropriate photos we will suspend your account immediately
Q: What would an inappropriate profile picture be?
A: Your profile picture must be a photo of yourself - an inappropriate profile picture could be an inanimate object, a pet or animal, a celebrity, an animated image, an explicit image or an image of a sexual nature and it will be refused upload.
Q: I added a photo but it's not showing on my profile?
A: Pictures and photos are not authorised by the Personalica team if they are found to contain nudity, profanity, or any content which may be deemed inappropriate. If your photo has been deemed inappropriate then it will not have been approved.
